  • Oh, yeah, We had Superbowl here! Jacksonville did an awesome job, even the locals were surprised! Too bad I worked almost the whole superbowl week and I couldn't go to downtown and see all the hypes. I just drove by from work saw some fancy cars and lots of limo. Superbowl night I worked, we got a small tv in the nurses station, lol. Half time wass a class act! I love Paul McCartney! Pre-game concert was cool too! Charlie Daniels; Wind, Earth and Fire; Black Eyed Peas; and Alecia Keys. Love Charlie Daniels and Earth Wind and Fire performances. Alecia Keys with the kids from Florida's School for Deaf and Blind was awesome too! They did the God Bless America with Ray Charles, you know, video and live. The stage for half time was lovely!

    So, Superbowl at Jacksonville again? maybe in 5 years? And maybe we will host Jaguars!

  • I think I'm gonna go to Beautiful Feet Boot Camp (BFBC) at Oklahoma next year instead of YWAM DTS. I'm ready for fulltime missions, so 5 months of intense training with BFBC will be perfect. They have such an awesome heart to reach out to the nations that are least evangelized, so, this program's gonna be perfect for me! I'm willing to listen to His leadings.

  • February 26, 2005 is Stand Rally at Veterans Memorial Arena here in Jacksonville, FL of course. It's gonna be from 10:00 AM till 3:30 PM. For more info, click on that link.

    This coming Saturday is... dan dararraaaann!! Super March For Jesus! Gathering is at 10:15 AM and the march starts at 11:00 AM. Dunno if work will let me off for 2 hrs. Yeah, it sucks, I have to work. But to those of y'all who can make it, be sure to be there! This is the opportune time for all the Christians here in Jacksonville to have a family reunion here and pray for this city and tell the world that Jesus is the answer! Remember, the world will be watching Jacksonville because of the Superbowl but, let them see too that Jesus is our common denominator inspite of our many denominations! We are one in the bond of God's love! So, yeah, be there!

  • The message yesterday...

    "Possessing the Unpossessed Possession"

    Tongue twisting, uh? Anyhow it was an awesome topic! Never be satisfied with 'well enough'. God so loved us that He wants to bless us so much! Not just with material blessings but with spiritual blessings! He wants us to experience the fullness of joy! He wants to give us wisdom! He wants to lavish us with His love! God is awesome! God is cool too! Here's why...

    Last night I worked. I parked on a parking garage near our station 'coz I was running late and I planned on moving the car by 5AM so that I don't have to pay about $5. Come 6:45AM. 'SNAP! I need to move the car!' My co-worker said it's too late, the guard arrives at 6:30AM. So, ok, I guess I have to pay then. 7:15 got my $5 on my pocket, drove the car, the guard wasn't there! I looked, he wasn't there! I was like, 'You are so cool, God. I don't have to waste the $5 You gave me!'

    Oh, that's not the end of it. I forgot to clock out! So I parked where it's free to park to go back and clock out, I saw this lady whom I lend this awesome book by Max Lucado and she had it for at least 4 years! She rarely works in this hospital I work at and I really don't mind her keeping the book but she insists she's gonna give it back to me and when she sees me she always remember the book but forgets to bring it. So the last time I saw her she said she's gonna put the book on her purse. I rarely see her, I forgot to clock out and there she is! I was so happy to see the book 'coz it means so much to me! I think this was the first book I read. I'm gonna read it again! You gotta read this!

  • I joined the Weight Watchers the other day with my sister. So far we're doing good. I got 11 lbs to lose. I hope to lose them in a healthy manner and time frame. Then I want to lose 7 more.

    I got a DVD of Teen Mania's Holiday Greeting from a friend from HA, just watched it. It's so awesome how God uses these wonderful teens to reach out other teens and the rest of the people of the world.

    There's still a lot to be done, a lot of people to be reached out. I cry for the teens that are hurting. Here in the United States alone, millions of teens are looking for ways to BELONG, BE LONGED, and BE LOVED. Jesus is the only way, you know it.

    I grieve for the people of Asia, a lot of them lost their loved ones. I know how it feels to lose someone, but, what if I lost everyone that I love? What if I was the only one who survived? I can't even imagine. I know a lot of them are in that situation right now. I pray that God will intervene in a way only He can.

    This 2005, let us be in partnership with the Lord. Listen to His still small voice. Be in His will. Reach out someone. If you can, support your favorite charities financially, there's World Vision, CBN.com, Teen Mania Ministries, and oh, go to chinaman777's xanga site and support the China Project. Go to a mission trip, I highly recommend Global Expeditions since I've gone on mission trips with them three times already.

    Those are just few of what we can do to be in partnership with our awesome God! You know, God can do everything without our help, right? But He chose to be in partnership with you 'coz He wants to be with you!
