  •    DID YOU KNOW?

As you walk up the steps to the building which houses the U.S. Supreme Court you can see near the top of the building a row of the world's law givers and each one is facing one in the middle who is facing forward with a full frontal view  ... it is Moses and he is holding the Ten Commandments!

    DID YOU KNOW?

As you enter the Supreme Court courtroom, the two huge oak doors have the Ten Commandments engraved on each lower portion of each door.

    DID YOU KNOW?

As you sit inside the courtroom, you can see the wall,
right above where the Supreme Court judges sit,
a display of the Ten Commandments!

    DID YOU KNOW?

There are Bible verses etched in stone all over the
Federal Buildings and Monuments in Washington, D.C.

    DID YOU KNOW?

James Madison, the fourth president, known as "The Father of Our Constitution" made the following statement:

"We have staked the whole of all our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self-government, upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God."

    DID YOU KNOW?

Patrick Henry, that patriot and Founding Father of our country said:
"It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded not by religionists but by Christians, not on religions but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ".

    DID YOU KNOW?

Every session of Congress begins with a prayer by a paid preacher, whose salary has been paid by the taxpayer since 1777.

    DID YOU KNOW?

Fifty-two of the 55 founders of the Constitution were members of the established orthodox churches in the colonies.

    DID YOU KNOW?

Thomas Jefferson worried that the Courts would overstep their authority and instead of interpreting the law would begin making law . an oligarchy ...
the rule of few over many.

    DID YOU KNOW?

The very first Supreme Court Justice, John Jay, said:

"Americans should select and prefer Christians as their rulers."

How, then, have we gotten to the point that everything we have done for 220 years in this country is now suddenly wrong and unconstitutional?
    .

Forward this to everyone you can. Let's put it around the world and let the world see and remember what this great country was built on.

    Thank you!!

    Chamber, US House of Representatives

I was asked to send this on if I agreed or delete if I didn't.   Now it is your turn...

It is said that 86% of Americans believe in God. Therefore, it is very hard to understand why there is such a mess about having the Ten Commandments on display or "In God We Trust" on our money and having God in the Pledge of Allegiance.  Why don't we just tell the other 14% to Sit Down and SHUT UP!!!

  • President Bush's Historic Victory

Chief Strategist Matthew Dowd outlines President Bush's historic victory in his final strategy memo of the 2004 election. Yesterday, in a record turnout, you helped President Bush make history: the first presidential candidate since 1988 to win over 50% of popular vote, the most popular votes of any presidential candidate in history, the first time ever an equal number of Republicans and Democrats voted, the first time since 1936 that has a President has been re-elected with gains for his party in the House and the Senate.

             -From GeorgeWBush.com blog

  • WOOOHOOO!! FOUR MORE YEARS!! I'm so proud of the American People. We still value Family and Faith. Moral Values were the key to George W. Bush's victory. Oh, and the Florida and the popular win vindicated his presidency. His margin of win is the highest since his father's win in 1988 as what I understand.

    I'm so happy!

  • Sri Lanka A 2005. Panama Jungle Trek B 2005.

Trips that I signed up to go to next Summer. I'm so excited about these trips!

Global Expeditions will be partnering with Gospel For Asia on Sri Lanka, Nepal and India trips next Summer. This trip is gonna be awesome 'coz we will get to meet with the native missionaries and learn from them!

Panama Jungle Trek is gonna be awesome too because of the physical training that we can get from it, and again, we will meet with the fulltime missionaries there but not from Gospel For Asia.

Before, I wanted to sign up for Thailand Church Planting but when I learned that Gospel For Asia  will be partnering with Global Expeditions on those particular trips, I was like, "I'm going to Sri Lanka!" Global Expeditions have never had a trip to Sri Lanka before so that means a more challenging trip for us. I wanted to sign up for Mexico trip too because I was hoping to go with our Youth Group in the church, So my application was Sri Lanka A and Mexico Z, but I prayed and asked God, 'If I'm gonna be a fulltime missionary, wouldn't it be better if I go for these more intense training now to be ready for the future fulltime mission work? But what about the Youth Group?' Somehow, God gave me peace when He said, 'Why do you worry about the Youth Group? It is my Youth Group and not yours, I will take care of them, and your co-leaders will take care of them.' I was like, 'Oh, yes, of course!' I told my co-leaders about this and one of them said, 'None of us have ever been to a mission trip before, if we are going, we want you to go with us.' I told him, 'I want to be with you all too, but it's not gonna be about what I want but what I need to do, and I really prayed about this. Besides, you all can do this without me. God is with you, that's what matters most.' The other leaders agreed, and this one person is still trying to take it in. He is now our Youth Coordinator, the Head Leader, when our Youth Pastors moved to Alaska to Pastor a Church. I felt guilty about not being with the Youth Group, two times they went to the camp and I was with Global Expeditions, but God just reminded me that where I was, was where He wanted me to be. Where I will be, is where He wants me to be!

The Youth Leaders, though, are still trying to decide if we are just gonna do a lock in here and do an outreach ministry, or take the group to Utah to inter-fellowship with the Youth there and probably do an outreach ministry there, or take the group to Mexico with, of course, Global Expeditions. Pray with me about this, please?

Oh, yeah, W '04 tomorrow, OK?
